FIFA investigates

FIFA officials are currently investigating the complaint of the French football team Rennes in face of the English Premiership squad of Manchester City, accused of signing the 17-year-old Jeremy Helan.

In more stories of files, accusations and warnings, Manchester United sent a warning to Le Havre concerning Pogba.

When Rennes raised the protest due to Manchester City (English Premier League football team) signed the Frenchman earlier this year, FIFA stated that: “We can confirm that there is a case pending with FIFA’s Player Status Department involving Jeremy Helan, Stade Rennais FC and Manchester City.”

Manchester City football club is expected to harshly and violently respond to the accusation and complaint, which could lead to more arguing and maybe get things settled in a civil court of law in France between Jeremy Helan and Rennes.

These cases were followed by a stif FIFA football decision that banned the Premier League football club Chelsea from signing any soccer player during the next 2 transfer panels hosted to induct an additional French teenager, Gael Kakuta, which will breach his contract with French football club Lens.

On the other hand, the French soccer squad, Le Havre, seems to claim that the process of complaint against Manchester United’s act of signing the 16-year-old Paul Pogba is being processed. The Manchester United jerseys, however, are determined to clarify that the move was totally legal and that the French football jerseys might be sued if there are any additional accusations.

The complaint of Rennes was earlier that the other cases were born or brought to the FIFA attention.

The technical director of Rennes, Pierre Dreossi, stated: “We have referred this to FIFA. For us it was strange to have no discussion from City and now, in the week after the FIFA declaration on Chelsea, I would hope that it will be the same thing for Manchester City. Kakuta signed up for just a possibility of a full contract. For Helan there was definitely one there, under the terms of the pre-contract agreement, because he had played for his country.”
