Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish says he is very satisfied with his squad, but there is still space for further changes at Anfield.

Arrival of Newcastle’s left-back Jose Enrique was the fifth signing ahead of the Premier League season opener against Sunderland. On a question if there will be more changes at Anfield he replied: “The most honest answer is I don’t know because we don’t know if there is going to be movement in or out. Other factors will decide that. We are delighted with who we have brought in – we think it helps the squad and the supporters look forward to it a bit more. We had to improve the squad that we had and that’s the important thing. I think we’ve improved the squad and I think people would have been disappointed if we hadn’t.”

Along with Enrique, addition to the Liverpool squad are Jordan Henderson, Charlie Adam, Stewart Downing and goalkeeper Doni.

After international duty and successful campaign on Coppa America Liverpool striker Luis Suarez could be in a squad for the clash against Sunderland, while Steven Gerrard and Martin Skrtel will not be ready for the match.
